1. 14-Day Unconditional Return
If you reside in the EU and purchase through our website ragondIcons.com, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery without any questions.
2. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
Return request is submitted no later than 14 days from the date of receipt;
The product has not been worn, washed, or damaged;
The product is in its original packaging, including tags, labels, accessories, etc.;
The product is not customized or personalized (see Section 6 "Non-returnable Conditions" for details).
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact customer service ([email protected]) by email, stating the order number, the reason for return (optional), and the item you would like a refund or exchange for.
We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request and provide a return address and instructions.
Please return the item within 7 days, securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will complete the refund within 14 business days and will credit your original payment account.
4. Shipping and Fees
For returns without a valid reason (e.g., incorrect size, personal preference, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
For returns due to product quality issues, wrong shipment, or other reasons, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a return label or reimburse the postage.
Whether the shipping costs associated with the original order are refunded in a refund depends on local law (in most cases, standard shipping is refunded, while priority/express shipping is not).
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the size, color, or product, please specify this in your return request and we will re-ship based on stock availability.
The new product will be shipped after the original product has been returned and inspected. Shipping costs will be determined by the responsible party.
6. Non-Returnable Items
According to EU law and our company policy, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged;
Items that have exceeded the 14-day return period;
Items clearly marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable";
Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom-specified fabrics, sizes, prints, etc.).
