Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy is based on EU consumer protection regulations and applies to returns and exchanges of apparel products purchased by EU consumers through the DATAPULSEBE INC official website (datapulsebe.com). We are committed to protecting your rights and ensuring a clear and fair return and exchange process throughout your shopping experience.

2. Return and Exchange Rights and Timeframe
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product for a refund, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product. This period begins the day after you actually receive the product. For example, if you receive the product on September 1st, the return and exchange period ends on September 15th.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions
3.1 Product Condition
Products must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and labels attached and the original packaging (including box, dust bag, etc.) intact and undamaged. For example, returned garments must not show signs of wear or stains, and accessories such as zippers and buttons must be intact and undamaged.

3.2 Included Items
When returning merchandise, all original accessories, gifts (if any), instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other accompanying items must be included. Missing items may affect your return or exchange request. For example, if a clothing set includes accessories such as a belt and spare buttons, these should be included when returning the item.

4. Handling Quality Issues

4.1 Definition of Quality Issues

Products are considered quality issues if:

Obvious fabric defects, such as holes, significant color variations, or thread ripping;

Workmanship defects, such as weak or unfastened stitching, or damaged zippers that cannot function properly;

Sizes that significantly differ from your order, exceeding industry standards.

4.2 Handling Methods

If the product you received has a quality issue, you have the right to contact us within a reasonable time (recommended no later than 14 days) after discovering the issue. You can email [email protected] with a detailed description of the quality issue and attach photos of the product for verification. Once confirmed to be a quality issue, we will offer the following solutions:

Product Replacement: We will exchange the product of the same style and size for a non-defective item free of charge. If the same item is out of stock, we will negotiate a replacement or issue a refund.

Full Refund: If you choose not to exchange the product, we will refund the full purchase price, plus the standard shipping fee (if any), to your original payment account within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Return and Exchange Process for Non-Quality Issues
5.1 Return and Exchange Request
If you need to return or exchange an item due to non-quality issues, please apply within the 14-day return period by the following methods:
Log in to your account, find the "Request Return" button on the order details page, and follow the prompts to fill in the reason for your return and related information.

If you are unable to access your account, you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "EU Order Return Request - [your order number]" and include your name, order number, contact number, reason for your return, and desired handling method (return, refund, or exchange).

5.2 Return Address and Shipping Arrangements
Once we receive and approve your return request, we will email you the return address and shipping instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package for easy identification.​

Refunds: We will process your refund request within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the return or exchange requirements. Refunds will be credited to your original payment account. The processing time depends on the processing speed of your payment provider, generally ranging from 3 to 10 business days.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will promptly arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you upon receipt and confirmation of the item's correctness. If the item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss a solution, such as exchanging it for a different style or issuing a refund.
